SOLUTION DESIGN ASSOCIATE
(GROUP LEVEL)

This position is responsible for supporting the timely coordination and development of the company proposals to prospects and existing clients. Proposals include those that are unsolicited and those that are in response to a formal request for proposals (RFP). In addition this individual is responsible for facilitating the negotiation and approval process of master services agreements, statements of work and contract amendments within the CallPoint internal group business department.

Proposal Responsibilities:

• He/she will work in the Solution Design Department and will support and report to the Solution Design Manager, based in Sofia;
• He/she assist the Solution Design Manager in implementing the company’s extensive proposal process, including opportunity reviews, meetings with clients, internal discussions with representatives of all departments etc.;
• Focus will be the preparation of proposals and contracts for the French market as well as French companies in Europe;
• Supports the Solution Design Manager in defining and applying best practices and delivering solutions to potential customers;
• Research, review and clarify proposal/RFP requirements;
• Gathers necessary information internally and externally;
• Obtains applicable approvals and completes the proposal based on the input received;
• Develops proposals following the instructions of the Solution Design Manager, which meet the prospect’s/client’s requirements;
• Provides routine proposal administration.

Contract Responsibilities:

• Supports and works with all functional team members, sales executives and external legal department during contract negotiations to ensure client timelines are met;
• Ensures addendums, schedule terms and pricing in the contract are aligned with proposal submission;
• Supports the Solution Design Manager in obtaining approval from all functional team members on all versions of a contract sent to the client;
• Engages with client as necessary to ensure thorough communication during contract discussions;
• Works closely with Implementation Manager to ensure alignment of implementation and contract terms.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (both fluent). Please indicate any language certificates or studies in Europe;
• Experience in proposal development in the service industry, preferably BPO;
• Good composition skills, ability to create a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response in French, English and Bulgarian language;
• Proficiency in all applications of Microsoft office;
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member in an environment with frequent high volumes of work;
• Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude;
• Able to confidently facilitate meetings and discussions;
• Desire to perform in-depth research paying attention to detail.


Education & Experience Requirements:

The above skills, knowledge and abilities may be demonstrated by a minimum of two years of related experience and a university degree.
