Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. If you have the ability to elevate organizational capability and create a performance driven culture through change management, effective organization design and talent management, HR MAP may be for you!
Well-rounded HR functional depth, business exposure and global orientation are critical in our HR leaders; therefore, this programme will offer three eight-month rotations in Business HR, a Center of Excellence role and HR Global Operations.
Participants will be assigned challenging positions and projects that will provide the exciting opportunity to be a strategic business partner, working with various levels of management. This program can be customized to participant interest and will offer formal and on-the-job training, as well as tailored mentoring and coaching.
This is a Graduate opportunity.
The successful candidate MUST be pursuing their degree or have graduated within the past 24 months.
Your Profile:
-> Advanced degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Business or Human Resources required
-> 2+ years of experience in human resources, business, or a related field
-> Previous functional HR experience desired (i.e. staffing, compensation, benefits, etc.)
-> Strong results orientation
-> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-> Exceptional interpersonal skills
-> Proven project/program management skills
-> Strong leader of change
-> Diversity champion and leader
-> Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders to achieve organizational strategies and objectives
