• CV's

In Back2bg.com you can create and save your own CV. It may be used only for applying for job announcements in Back2bg.com. Third parties access is permitted only with the explicit permission of people who have provided their CV's. The CV published in the back2bg.com site cannot contain:

- materials that violate or disrespect fundamental human, intellectual or public rights;

- sexist, indecent, insulting, defamatory and improper character that may insult third party;

Each Employer declares that all published by him announcements are for real and actual job positions.

The published announcement may be confidentiel (throughout the function „Hide” every employer may hide information about contact or name of the company) or non-confidentiel (with information about contact or name of the company).

Every Employer has the right to choose between three types of announcements – ordinary, silver and gold. Announcements are bought with credits. Prices of credits for each type of announcement are published in the section „Services“ in this site which is integral part of the present conditions. In case that credits are not exhausted their value doesn't get cashed.

Every employer agrees that he will use this site in conformity with the actual Bulgarian legislation. Announcements published in back2bg.com cannot contain:

- reference to Employer's sites for advertisement;

- materials that violate or disrespect fundamental human, intellectual and public rights;
- or any sexist, indecent, insulting, defamatory and improper character that may insult third party;

- pornographic pictures or statements;

- information containing viruses or information meant to cause damages or harm, losses from intervention or destruction of the system or data base of this site.

Back2BG preserves rights to remove or to ask to edit if announcement's are considered unacceptable.

Back2BG preserves the right to terminate to distribute the services in case there is a sign that the terms of use are violated.
